I typed on Google “Tanjiro demon king” to remember what it looked like. I clicked a picture that was the exact description of his new design in this fanfic. Then I looked at the top corner and it had the authors name. Lol, by sheer coincidence, the author had a picture of his design made and I happened to click that picture.
