I'm not that into the "what if" scenarios but was bored and watched and am glad i did. This was a very well thought out one and had some fun switches that actually worked really well like the storm power with Luffy and the sybolism with Ace. Great work bud.

If Luffy really is the child of a celestial dragon, it would explain why the gorosei haven’t done anything about him until this point. He has royal blood therefore the gorosei don’t view him as an “insect” and closely related to their nobility.

What if Luffy had Bonney’s fruit? Saturn gave Garp the fruit as insurance in case Garp's son became a pirate, but Saturn was not prepared for Luffy’s imagination thriving from the fruit. As for why Garp would take the fruit either the non-canon pirate Garp's reason or it was away to convince Luffy to be a marine.

I think the main thing people forget is that the nika fruit dodged and evaded the government for years. So whos to say that the fruit wouldn't have found it's way into the holy land right in one of those chests. I do like this deep theorizing though.
