Video idea: What if Gingka found Galaxy Pegasus instead of the "Secret scroll" in Metal Fusion after losing to Ryuga the first time

I admit, with the sheer speed + power he has I imagine he would’ve at least been on par with maybe Kyoya, gingka and Ryuga, I’d say he’d put up a fight but I don’t see him winning

What if Kenta, Masamune and Yu didn't sneak into the chopper? The bladers could have prevented a lot of things.

This is a very interesting scenario, as I genuinely believe that Masamune's ranking is determined by who he fights. Masamune would obviously sweep 4 out of 8 Dark Nebula bladers, with him standing absolutely no chance against Ryuga. If he just takes Teru's spot in the tournament, then I can see him having a really hard against Ryutaro, and potentially losing. I do not believe Ginga's win against Ryutaro can be used for Masamune, as Pegasus won both times against Pisces with Storm Bringer, which was a special move originally awakened to counter Pisces, and Striker lacks any special moves like Storm Bringer. I give Masamune a 60% chance of winning on account of him presumably being an important character during the arc. If Masamune battled Reji, I see a 50% of it ending either how Reji's battle ended against Hyoma or Ginga depending on Masamune's mindset. If Masamune comes in arrogant and without knowing Reji's game, then Masamune would start out strong until potentially having his spirit broken by realizing the damage Serpent has done to Striker. But if Masamune comes in knowing what to expect, I can see him gaining a solid victory. In a battle against Tsubasa, I can see the battle going either way, but I would give the edge to Tsubasa. Eagle's fighting style of outmaneuvering enemies would make it difficult to Striker to find a single point to exploit in a battle of power. And in my opinion, Tsubasa is the better blader than Masamune, him having worse showings at the beginning of Metal Masters primarily being due to interference from the Dark Power. Masamune obviously stands no chance against Ginga, Kyoya, and Ryuga. But I do believe that he would have the best chance of winning against Ginga, just due to how similar their fighting styles are. A hypothetical battle against Kyoya would end how it ended with Kyoya's battle against Benkei. Finally, Ryuga would absolutely steamroll Masamune, with him not fairing as well Tsubasa, but the battle wouldn't nearly as bad as how it ended for Hikaru. So to summarize, Masamune would win against over half of the competitors in the competition, but would not make it past the semi-finals, and it would not be easy if he had to face the actual best bladers of Japan at the time. Honestly putting Masamune in battle bladers could have resulted in two different versions. I believe this version would be the most accurate to an option but there is another option to lead into metal masters. Considering Dr. Zigerot had ties to Doji and the dark nebula, I think another option could have been for Masamune to still be in contact with Zeo and tell him about the tournament which could lead to Zigerott linking him to the dark nebula. Saying their data could help Tobey somehow. I guess it be a part 2 or what if Masamune was in the dark nebula or something like that

In my theory I’d say Masamune would make it to the top five he would loses to Ryuga due to the Dark Power in L’Drago. I think he would last longer against him since Striker is quick to dodge the enemies with his Coating Sharp performance top and Masamune also said that the Ray Fusion Wheel is the perfect one for an attack type and don’t forget, Striker can also teleport too!

He’d probably face off against kyoya, he’d get demolished

Damn, reiji vs Masamune would be amazing to watch, imagine reiji uses his dark move and Striker just dodges all of it with his coating sharp performance tip. And than when he is cornered he does that disappearing thing. And to keep up with strikers speed, reiji uses the eyes of medusa to stop it in its tracks.

Masamune is one of the best characters in my opinion I wish he had a bigger role in metal fury

Tsubasa and Reiji both defeat masamune. Reiji vs Gingka was very close, and tsubasa would have tied or defeated ryuga if the latter didn't use stolen power.

Kyoya and Tsubasa are evenly matched in metal fusion and beginning of metal masters. Its stated multiple times during their tournament by gingka madoka and even chi yun. Kyoya performed better against Ryuga only because ryuga chose to not use stolen powers and there were no stadium outs because stadium was blown away at the beginning.

What if Nile was in Battle Bladers ? It seems clear that he is stronger than Masamune during his confrontation, but is he on the level of Kyoya Battle bladers ?

Good analysis. I know they weren't part of battle bladers but I think Phoenix and Doji beat him too they showed huge power in their battle.

i think massamune would have won against reji. although massamune is reckless, i see no difference from his style of battle and ginka's style in battle, his determination of not losing would be stronger than reji's will power to make him scared. he wins but with a close call.

Honestly Gingka would win. Only reason Masamune won in canon was because Galaxy Pegasus was uncontrolled, and Masamune memorized it's movements.

I’d say Tsubasa would be able to beat Masamune. It would be close, but at this point in time for the characters, I think Masamune would be biting off more than he could chew.

Kyoya and Tsubasa were shown training in flashbacks, this period being between Metal Fusion and Metal Masters, so they should be a bit stronger in their match than their Battle Bladers counterparts. I still think they both beat Masamune though. Also to clarify, you mean Masamune from the very beginning of Metal Masters, right? I think end of season Masamune from Metal Masters probably takes the whole thing due to significant growth.

Honestly from the look of Metal Masters's first few episodes, It seemed like Masamune was equal or stronger than Storm Pegasus.

I’d personally put Tsubasa above Masemune. During the selection match in metal masters Tsubasa was above Masemune in points and Tsubasa was paired to battle Kyoya while Masemune with Yu

I do agree that Masamune would not have been able to win battle bladers, but I don't think that Masamune would be able to beat Tsubasa. Despite ultimately losing to Ryuga, Tsubasa fared well against him to the point that I think that Tsubasa would be able to defeat Masamune. So, there are 5 bladers in battle bladers that could defeat Masamune.

I know people keep calling Masamune a fRuAd, but I genuinely think he's stronger than most of the Fusion cast. Gingka, Kyoya, Ryuga, Tsubasa, and Phoenix are characters I feel Masamune would lose against. Doji and Reiji I'm genuinely unsure about, he may or may not win. Aside from the characters just listed, everyone else from Fusion (everyone who cheered and said goodbye to GanGan Galaxy as they set off for China) would get destroyed by Masamune. His win against Yu and being 3rd in the qualifying rounds already shows how far ahead he is compared to other character

early metal masters ginga was weaker than late metal fusion one. due to the fact in metal masters at the start he wasn't used to pegasus

I've always been on the whole “new series = new characters = stronger series = stronger characters” premise. So i had Masamune stronger than anything Fusion has shown. BUT, i never took into consideration that Kyoya, and Tsubasa at the beginning of Masters might've not been that much strogner than they were in Fusion to gauge Masamune's power rank, but if we were too, I'd still place Masamune over Reiji, same goes for Tsubasa, I don't recall anything in Fusion showing how Reiji could be above Tsubasa (he did well against Ryuga in Battle Bladers), and i just feel like Masamune would of had a similar performance against Poison Serpent as Gingka did if you know what i mean?

Can any of the legendary bladers defeat Faust and Twisted Tempo (no Ryuga because L Drago Destroy would destroy Tempo no difficulty) one on one? Let's say you put them one on one against Faust in Gingka and Masamune's location. Let's also say that Ryuga didn't come and damage the spiral core. Can they defeat Faust in a 1v1?

I don't think he has too much trouble with Reiji, cus Reiji along with breaking the beys Reiji uses fear but we saw Ginkga overcome that cus he doesnt get afraid of that and he enjoys battling strong opponents. Masamune is really similar to Ginkga's mindset I feel like he would enjoy the fight more than be afraid.

i got a question ive heard people compare dark ryuga when he goes berserk and ginka with storm peguses to metal fury character as they was using other ppls power and are actually stronger than there metal master versions. I believe ryuga only suprassed his normal version with l drago when he got metor l drago and with the star fragment in metal fury he became on par with his berserk version. With ginka i believe in his final battle with rago he surpassed his storm pegueses (friends absorbed) thats why he uses star blast attack. galaxy peguses is stronger than storm pegueses normally but with the amp i dont believe so.

How far would a dark nebula team go at worlds if they replaced gan gan galaxy? To make it easier for them Doji can be a member and so can Yu. So the team would be, fusion versions of course, Ryuga, Reji, Doji, and Yu as the sub again. Personally I don’t think they would get past China, I would argue Dashan beats fusion Ryuga given Chi Yun was able to make Tusbasa look easy to beat and Dashan scales way higher then Chi Yun as he was able to beat a post power up Julian who one shot Sophie and Wales who beat Klaus who beat Chi Yun. I don’t see Reji beating Cho Shin or Chi Yun either and I don’t think Doji would win either. And masters Kyoya would easily beat fusions Ryuga and Nile would beat either Doji or Reji so they wouldn’t get past team wild fang. Don’t think they could beat team team Excalibur either and if they can’t beat those teams team star breaker would easily beat them.

Good video but u made small mistake, and that is metal masters Kyoya litteraly overkills Kyoya from metal fusion. They litteraly said in show that Kyoya has become a lot stronger even before tsubasa and kyoya fought they showed Kyoya flashbacks from hard training.... Masamune kinda overated did a lot of losing to the 2nd best bladers on other teams in the WBBA. Ik due to plot though had to make the matchups interesting and have team Gan Gan Galaxy lose sometimes before ginga saves the day. Matchup vs brazil was kinda unique because tsubasa closed the deal vs argo

Masamune got done dirty by plot. bro beat Yu convincingly (Someone Who Kyoya could not even beat and Beat Gingka), Beat Cho-shin, And along with Gingka was even able to stop Tempo from spinning. Was able to use flash of lightning to penetrate through Rago's Black Sun Wall, Broke throught Cetus' defence, Made Two legendary bladers to awake, Used IQ to distract Kyoya and Nile and Get a victory and Beat Gingka, Without all the Stupid plot BS, he would be a semi finalist and come 4th place. Lets Say Ryuga did not power steal it would be 1st round of the semi's Masamune vs Gingka, Gingka wins high diff. 2nd Round Kyoya vs Ryuga, Ryuga wins Extreme high diff. If there was a losers finals Kyoya vs Masamune , Kyoya would win mid-high dif. In the Winners Finals Gingka vs Ryuga, Gingka wins ultra-high diff.
