Actually, Luffy fits more with Badang than Khufra. Luffy doesn't have big hands, and neither Khufra's second skill nor his passive resembles Luffy's abilities, such as throwing a card to regenerate health. Badang, on the other hand, makes more sense. His first skill can mimic Luffy's "Gomu Gomu no Pistol," and his second skill aligns with Luffy's techniques. Even Badang's ultimate can replicate Luffy's "Gum Gum Jet Gatling" attack used against Rob Lucci. While Khufra stretches his body like Luffy, Luffy doesn't become a ball or anything similar. The only aspects that match are Khufra's first skill and ultimate, unlike his second skill and passive. Even if Luffy occasionally becomes a balloon, it still doesn't match entirely. Badang's first skill could be designed to stretch, with the wind resembling Luffy's stretched arm, and Badang's released fist could represent Luffy's "Haki Fist."

Gear5 x kufra is kinda nuts Kufra first skill can be like when Luffy turn wide with his wide face when he fought kaido after it hit the ground turn into rubber so it like show airborn effect Kufra second skill yeah it's great if the second skill is tank man but he can like turn the environment into rubber he can just bounce and bounce in gear 5 form it would be nice if he laugh while he bounce Kufra ultimate in one seen of gear 5 when Luffy clap he's hand to turn gear 5 I think they can add a little impact frames idk but it looks great they can add like red haki explosion as it hit the wall Kufra passive can be a piece of meat he throws it to the enemies and bounce back to him and healing him They can add like cartoon text like boom whoop and etc This just my perspective suggestion 🥢🗿

some more suggestions: franky as johnson garp as either roger or aldous (hand cannon and galaxy impact respectively) bartolomeo as lolita cavendish as lancelot fujitora as alpha gender swap but kizaru as luo yi law as hayabusa trebol as gloo usopp as zhask or beatrix bonney as valentina kuma as chip enel as yi sun shin brook could be many (hanzo as he can go out his body , belerick in his soul king form, and idk zilong cause he can run fast and is squishy) robin as vexana and nami could also work as pharsa or odette roger or shanks as alucard big mom as lunox cracker as sun wukong carrot as natalia mihawk as benedetta (doesnt suit him tbh he's way too powerful) ...yeah thats it dont know where to put chopper, he could be chip idk or angela

thats good but for me I want Vexana as Robin. 1st skill is already called deathly grasp and looks like claw or hand. 2nd skill could just be any of Robins Aoe hands or feet. Ult is the summoning of Demonio fleur.
