Naruto should make a point to Minato and Kushina by saying he's an orphan who lost his family (whenever the twin's training started) And referring to the twins, As 'Hokage's pet foxes', 'And even asking them if they were taught any tricks' after their 'obedience training'. I know it would be petty and spiteful, But since Menma is antagonizing Naruto, Then 2 can play at that game.

In my opinion I think the massicere wouldnt've happened with minato alive. Minato could tell the council that it was the masked man, taking all blame off of the uchiha. Also minato would not try to isolate the uchiha and wouldnt stand for making them weaker. I guess for the plot the uchiha had to get massicered

They're both pariahs of the village, it would make sense they get together. Plus it would be hilarious, them teaming up to prank the villagers.
