As a European guy who uses makeup and puts effort into their appearance when going outside, thank you for making this video. To my knowledge this is more common in Asia than in the rest of the world and i do get weird looks a lot and many people instantly think I’m gay bc of makeup, clothes and hair (i dye my hair unnatural colours). After finding K-pop, i found a way to express myself and do what i want. I hope this taboo of men taking care of themselves and trying to look good will disappear. I literally just complimented a male customer wearing glittery eyeshadow while buying stuff from me with his gf. I kept praising him and told him that he should try other makeup like eye-liner etc. He told me that he was w his girlfriend in the makeup store was curious about the eyeshadow so he puts them on. I said to him, men in makeup should be more common and shouldn't be a shame. It's fine to do what you want esp when makeup is just something that allows ppl to create not anything harmful
