Equatorial Guinea lost its capital and biggest city in this video. Its the island (that was surrounded by land in this scenario) you gave to Cameroon. Also Sao Tome and Principe didn't get it's chance to be mentioned in the video because you immediately added their land to Gabon.

Now I just hope you're aware that South America and Africa actually DID use to be connected...in the sense that they were once the same landmass. You can even see the proof now: out of all the continents, which were all connected at some point in history, South America and Africa show that most obviously. They look like they fit together like a puzzle!
