I feel like Holly's stand was supposed to be similar to Hermit Purple. Cheap Trick would be like a stronger Lovers acording to what you say, if I understood correctly.

Just... Death 13. An user that had experience and really knew what he was doing to get the best out of this stand would be unbeatable as this stand always gets the first shot. It can do literally everything imaginable in it's dream, so you can imagine that it could for example stop time for everyone in the dream (just in the dream ofc). The only ways to beat this stand is to fall asleep with an active stand or to kill the user but nobody would ever expect to be attacked by Death 13 before actually being attacked (and nobody would even know about it or the user) so the only way would be for the user to be killed randomly

If Dio gets any bad stand I guarantee you it'll be a better stand. Think about it.. Dio is the only user in the entire series to use a stand to really fly, and increase his time stop within a few minutes. With Diego's the World, he couldn't fly, he didn't have good speed, and his time stop was only 5 seconds. Dio even wrote a book, or diary on stands. *Dio is the stand master.*

Hermit Purple had so much potential! Joseph only used "spirit audio" once, but really could have used it to get hints on what kind of stand will attack next, who they will attack, and/or some of it's abilities and weaknesses! For a man who can come up with plans as well as Joseph, access to information is very powerful, and Hermit Purple gives that to him. Combine this with it's ability to conduct hamon like a better version of Lisa Lisa's scarf which would allow Joseph to infuse objects with hamon from a distance, act as a kind of hamon-laced armor like in the DIO fight (given its A in durability, I'd assume it'd be pretty effective, too), bury itself underground to lay traps like the string trap in Joseph's fight against ACDC, assume direct control machines from a distance, and basically be a better version of spider-man's webbing and you've got an incredibly versatile stand with limitless potential uses. Too bad Joseph only does these things once a most throughout all of Jojo.

My money on hollys stand wound be on some kinda healing ability. Like accelerated natural healing and/or accelerate of growth. Like, if she uses her stand on a plant or something, she can make it grow stronger. If she uses it on someone or something (something organic I asume) she can make it heal back together faster. I think that would fit her motherly nature very well

yellow temperance is a stand that i wish had a better user. also rohan could have just taken a chicken and write "Will switch places with a defenseless Kira Yoshikage taking away his stand away in the process at 6:00 p.m. on July 10th 1999 bizarre summer" while all of the duwang gang was watching so they could beat the crap out of him the moment he appeared. or Josuke could of tracked Kira by healing those jars of fingernails they found at his house.

The best stand with a bad user is Yellow Temperance. A stand that gives you perfect camouflage, perfect armour, and the ability to give anyone a sort of carnivore virus that cannot be removed, and yet he lost... somehow.

Araki should make an alternate version of Cheap Trick in the Steel Ball Run universe that works the way you specified. It would be the third Steel Ball Run universe stand to be an alternate counterpart to an original universe stand, after The World and Killer Queen.

Heaven's Door has no limitations as to what can be written that were mentioned, so Rohan could essentially make someone do anything. He could end the manhunt for Kira by writing into one of his friends' books that they kill Kira or something along those lines. His stand is so misused.

Ngl, I think Holly's Stand would be like a mix of Josuke and Joseph. The three abilities I can think of for it are mind reading (she's very thoughful and kind, and can see or read the good in people no matter how hard they try to hide it), healing (she's very sweet and is eager to help people), and ability boosting (she is a very energetic person and wants to empower people for the better). There's no doubt in my mind that Holly's stand would have basically no fighting capabilities, or at least no more than Hermit Purple.

Better Cheap Trick: If you turn your back to the user, they can attack you. It's like backstabbing someone, metaphorically and literally.

Two Stands come to my mind when this subject is brought up: The Hand, because obviously, but also Emperor which, in actuality would be low-key op in the hands of a competent user.

Silver Chariot's No Armor Form was extremely underused. It was seen like twice, and that's it, while it could've been SO useful for things like Cream and Dio.

I think the biggest case of an overpowered Stand being brought down by an incompetent user is Red Hot Chili Pepper. Seriously, that Stand is OVERPOWERED AS FUCK. If Akira Otoishi wasn't both a total sadist and an idiot, he could easily have killed every one of his opponents from range, without them ever seeing it coming.

I think that Bites the Dust wasn't used to it's full potential. Bites the Dust can be planted and unplanted on anyone. This includes Kira himself. So what if he equipped himself with bites the dust and constantly turned back time to were he originally had his fight with the morioh warriors. Now just say his name and Kira won!

Most stand users need better users. Josuke can break every single bone in one's body by a touch, but doesn't. Okuyasu can make people disappear, but doesn't (even though it's the one thing he can do). Jotaro can stop time and crack spines, but doesn't. Joseph can instantly know practically everything, but doesn't. Dio can stop time and crack necks, but doesn't. Need I go on?

Some other stands that were pretty strong but I felt weren't use to their full potential Beach Boy (The user is Pesci from part 5) I'd like to see somebody like Jotaro being able to utilize this stand because of how intelligent and perceptive he is The Emperor (User is Hol Horse from part 3) I think it goes without saying that if Mista was this stands user he would be practically unstoppable, mista can roughly manipulate the bullets with sex pistols but the thing is his gun isn't his actual stand. There's also the issue with Mista being limited to six shots before having to reload (he also has to store physical ammo on him due to the gun not being his stand) Mista could utilize The Emperor in so many ways, essentially removing all cons of his stand. King Crimson (User is Diavolo from part 5) Ok so this may be controversial but I think King Crimson is just too good of a stand for somebody who was too concerned with erasing his past. I find it ironic that KC can skip time into the future but never erase the past. I can just imagine King Crimson as the stand of somebody with a more righteous heart like Giorno or Bruno. Diavolo was a bit too full of himself in a sense and I feel like that ultimately contributed to him losing to Giorno and never getting the arrow. This is even proven by him explaining to Giorno that he deserves the arrow and asking him "who is really worthy?" Diavolo is a likable character with a very interesting concept but honestly he let the power of his stand get to his head.

I think that if Holy could use her stand properly, it would be like "hermit purple" exept not reading minds. I think it would act like hermit purple charged with hamon (damaging anyone who touches it, protecting the user).

If we operate under the logic that Dio's vampiric power boosts the effectiveness of his stand, what if he had King Crimson with Epitaph instead of The World? Would he be able to predict further ahead in time? Would he be able to skip further in time? Due to being a vampire, would he be overall a better user for it than Diavolo on account of being able to regenerate his wounds? Also, what if Hermit Purple had a better user? Not that Joseph is a terrible user, but he barely ever makes use of it, especially in combat. I severely get the feeling as though the full potential of Hermit Purple was never tapped into. Also I realize I am bringing up a lot of part 3 characters, but what about The Sun? It's user was... Really lame.

I've always thought that Holly's stand could be something similar to Hermit Purple, considering she is Joseph's daughter and his stand doesn't control plants etc. More so she isn't much of a fighter so it seems unlikely she would use it to control plants and hurt other people. That's just my 2 cents though, we have no real way of ever knowing

I would really love The Hand being Johnny's or Gyro's Stand. I don't know why, but I really can see that happening. Especially with Johnny, being paraplejic, The Hand's abilities would help to move. The World in the hands of Kars. DIO only lost because of his obsession with "playing with his food" If Kars had The World, he would have stopped time, killed the other main characters, then dominated the world with no issues. It's more of the fact that DIO was never serious in any situation and overestimated himself. It honestly led him to be a lackluster villain in my opinion.

Just go around throwing someone into the other universe with a flag like he did with dio which in turn killed wekapipo. If he just kept doing that technique they would probably have lost. Echoes Act 2 imo stronger than act 3. Write down "boom" and suddenly you've got killer queens first bomb. "Echoes Act 2 has already touched that doorknob." Emporer This should be obvious, an insanely powerful stand wasted on Hol Horse. This stand is basically a better version of sex pistols. (still love Hol Horse tho)

This video misses the point of stands. They are a manifestation of their users psyche. If another user had a stand, it would be a different stand with different powers

Cheap Trick but actually good: Allows the user to attach it to other people's backs and talk to them through the stand, the only requirement it has is that it needs to see your naked back. So with that the stand is all about manipulation, talking with the target through CT to break their concentration or simply convince the target to show their back to you.

Cheap trick is either a remote controlled stand, or an anubis type stand where the user is long gone and the stand thinks for itself.

I think Gheb is also a good example of a stand, that would be much better with an other user
