Actually I think that Ginyu in frieza’s body would be even stronger then frieza in his own. We see that Ginyu has a better handle on his Ki then basically anyone in the frieza force, able to control his power level. With frieza’s utter lack of control this should lead to Ginyu frieza being stronger, similar to the togama situation. It’s the whole Nature versus nurture situation. Goku was to much Nurture for Ginyu to use as that was most of his power but Frieza is all Nature.

I’m a little confused with the power suppression statement. I’m pretty sure Frieza’s final form is his base form. I think a better phrasing of what you said is that Ginyu is still weaker than normal Frieza, but just can’t access his lower forms as well. So he’s practicing to maintain his control over his body and lower his power.

The issue is more that Freeza has issues with stamina when using his full power. He burned out fast when fighting Goku in the past due to this. When using 100%, he was able to match Super Saiyan Goku for a bit... until his strength petered out to the point where Goku decided it wasn't worth continuing. And it was a similar story with his Golden Form. That's why Freeza eventually worked to try and better his stamina to fix that issue (the issue with him constantly talking ****** and then immediately getting hit was not something he thought to fix, however).

Usually this what goes one of two ways. One: Ginyu switches bodies with Frieza on Namek. Then he trains and completely outclasses the dragon team and stomps all of the characters until Beerus comes along. Two: Ginyu does not switch bodies with Frieza on Namek and gets sidelined really quickly.

Personally I think Ginyu was worried over nothing as far as his distrust of his boss. Freeza is the type to delegate tasks that he deems beneath him, only getting his own hands dirty on the rare occasions it's necessary (plus a galaxy-spanning empire is just too huge for him to do *everything* himself). Even after he gained immortality, as long as the Ginyu Force continued to get the job done when called on, I think they'd most likely still find their place in the Freeza Force intact. ...but then again, I guess the idea here is that Ginyu just doesn't see it that way, rational concern or not, so sure. And seeing Ginyu apply his body swap skill to such effect has been fascinatingly bonkers enough to probably render my argument invalid.

It would best if you skipped the resurrection F arc. Because if Sorbet attempts to revive Frieza with the dragon balls, then Frieza, who is still trapped in Ginyu’s original body would be resurrected at the place where he died which was the original Planet Namek, but Namek was destroyed by King Cold, and the Namekians used their dragon balls to teleport themselves to a new home planet in the unknown part of the universe outside of Frieza and Cold’s radars. Frieza (Ginyu) is resurrected at the asteroid remains of namek and suffocates and dies again from asphyxiation in the vacuum of space without his former body.
