I've seen a ghost before. I was getting a snack and realized I forgot my water so I went back to the kitchen. In the hallway, I saw a woman who kind of looked like my mom. I said, "Hi mom, what are you doing up so late?" but in spanish and all. From where I was, I only saw one half of her and when she turned to look at me, I realized it wasn't my mom. I jumped and dropped my snack. When I picked everything up, I saw she was gone. I quickly went back into my room and couldn't sleep at all. My mom noticed that I was acting really paranoid so she asked me what was wrong. When I told her, she said that it was the angel of my great grandmother(we have a picture of her and the woman I saw was in front of it too,which was creepy). I think my mom thought I was crazy and came up with that to make me feel better(she also told my other family members about this story :( ) I kinda believed in ghost at the time, but never saw one. Safe to say, I believed in ghost ever since.

I’ve seen a ghost before, back in my university in my dorm I saw a little girl wearing all white and had a hat on with the brim of the hat she covers most of her face only revealing the tip of the nose and mouth. The headless horseman was real in South Texas. His name is El Muerto. He has been sighted along an area south of San Antonio to Del Rio. The reason for his existence is because he met a violent death and his life was cut short due to him being a bandit. His name was Vial. Vial stole cattle and horses from ranchers from Del Rio to just south of old San Antonio as his way of living. One night a bunch of ranchers led by Texas Ranger Bigfoot Wallace tracked him down and shot him as he slept. They also chopped his head off. To sent a message to the other bandits who might be around they proceeded to tie Vial's corpse to one of the horses he had just stolen. He was tied up upright to the horse like he was riding it. Next his decapitated head was tied to his sombrero which was fastened to the tin horn of the saddle and the horse was then to roam free with the dead man on his back.El Muerto has been sighted even to this day in South Texas he roams from south of San Antonio west to Del Rio.

When we went on a trip to Natchez for a teaching competition, we went on a cemetery tour. After that, we saw the hanging tree. We ended the night in the old jailhouse and the lady had a flashlight and a ghostometer. When the ghost turned on the ghostometer and turned off the flashlight, we all screamed. It was scary. At the end though, she told us about two married couples and it wasn't the wives that screamed, it was the men.
