QuiGon survived to finish ObiWan's training while Anakin was trained by Master Fay&Kuro&kept Maul's Interceptor ship as it was given as a gift by Padme. Anakin still has a crush at Padme. They're balanced Jedi in the force&live a nomadic life travelling across the galaxy being trained away from Coruscant. Training in former Jedi worlds like Tython, Ossus, Dantooine, etc. Anakin loved this adventure exploring worlds. Travels back to Naboo to visit his mother and Padme from time to time. He learns about the Force that's not limited to the Jedi Order on Coruscant&became very powerful&balanced being able to use both light&dark side techniques like the Bendu.
