I like to think that Frieza was already looking into the whole Namek situation, he only decided to go there after listening to the conversation, that could explain why Frieza was on Namek here, you could say that in the original timeline that after Piccolo mentioned the Dragon Balls, not only did Vegeta and Nappa hear about the Dragon Balls on Earth, Frieza could have also heard and had his men look up any planet that could have potentially housed Dragon Balls hence why he was planning on paying Namek a visit but the added information from the Saiyans calling Piccolo a Namekian could have hastened Frieza's trip to Namek hence why Qui saying to Vegeta "Frieza is already on Namek", that just my guess on how Frieza in this story is already on Namek this early

You could say it for pretty much every game that has a New Game+, especially if equipment you had in the first playthrough can get stronger versions to it, for example, God of War 4 (2018) after you completed the first run and did a New Game+, the equipment you found and had upgraded will have a + sign next to a piece of gear

Not really as there's videos on KZfaq about what if Goku and or Vegeta were reborn with all their powers and memories so it definitely brings a new rendition of the Canon timeline but with the characters knowing what has happened in the future, I think, I could be thinking way too hard into this

​@@patrickfisher1156 people should realise that Goku can't always get the win or be in the lead all the time, let Vegeta have stories where he's allowed to be on top for a good long while and have him surpass Goku such as like letting him actually defeat the big bad since he has yet to achieve that especially since he was this close to defeating Frieza in the Resurrection F movie/arc, Toriyama himself said after Battle of Gods that he wanted Vegeta to be the main character of the next film but that went out the window

​@@MajorDragonI wonder if we'll ever get a confirmation on how Goku got the heart virus, some people said Yardrat but if it was Yardrat then wouldn't Vegeta not get it in the main timeline since he was on Yardrat, I always go with the idea that Goku caught it as a kid growing up in the forest near Mount Paozu since he was living in the wild so he must have caught it but it laid dormant for the right moment to awaken, possibly either from the Kaioken usage or him going Super Saiyan, though issue with Goku getting it as a kid is that didn't Goku not get Special Beam Cannoned in the heart and then being wished back to life so would the heart virus that was in his heart return and stay dormant.
