Tbh there’s no way they would’ve killed her off. She’s a very important character and without her a lot of stuff wouldn’t happen or wouldn’t have happened. If they were to kill her off they would not have just showed a red light when it collapsed, it would be such a lame thing to do. And also it leaves us thinking did the red mean dead or did it mean she got out of there, she can manipulate reality and she’s smart, she wouldn’t have let herself to die like that.

Why I think Wanda is still alive: If you watch carefully in that scene when the tower is collapsing you can see some red sparkles or something showing that Wanda may have teleported away before it crumbled on her. But again this is a what if so it may not be definite

it is canonical that she is still alive. there was an intentional red cloud of energy within the pile, most likely wanda escaping the pile and going into exile as she was ashamed of her actions, however as soon as she is needed it is likely she will return to help, as she has now entered her self-redemption arc😋 (slay mommy wanda we love you🫶🫶)
