The European colonial powers would have fallen either way their down fall would have been delayed by 40-60 years so they would have a bonded their colonies or given them independence either in the 90s or early 2000s. The only colonial European empire I see surviving is the French empire as France even till this day maintains an empire in Africa via spheres of influence I can see France maintain good it’s empire. Also Algeria would become a Apartheid state like South Africa.
