you actually could kill snowdrakes mother before one of the patches came out what you had to do is get the call from undyne telling you to get her letter. this would reactivate encounters in the core you were locked in the true pacifist route so any monsters you killed wouldnt affect it when you get to snowdrakes mom, if you have a high enough lv + temmie armor + 8 legendary heros + 4 perfect burnt pan hits you could kill snowdrakes mother if you try this now it wont work btw since it was patched
