Why would anyone want to? Carriers can make much more $ with none of the stress. Also, most supervisors are simply lazy clerks or carriers who couldn’t handle that job. And yes they are all “promoted” from within.

@@aarons8295 Yeah I hear what you are saying, but I wasn't debating the pay. I'm not at the USPS, but I still find it hard believe that most of them are lazy clerks or carriers. Some people just want to attempt to be more involved in problem solving. Whether they are decent at it may be another story. So, if we changed the language from "promoted" to "willing to try it" regarding that 204b training program then both sides should be more accepting of the roles and objectives. In a perfect world.

Most important thing to remember is llvs do not have antilock. There's a few third world countries where there still prevalent. Oh and the USPS lol. Hard packed snow or ice do not even attempt as much as a 30% grade. Even rainy conditions can cause a skid. Leave enough following distance!!!!
