Hi, So when the real estate agent ask for BAS, it should be submitted on a PDF form or Excel sheet saved in a PDF, if the coffee shop is only operated for two weeks

Hello, thank you for this discussion. I'm learning BAS/IAS since I'm planning to work for an aus firm. May I ask if by annual turnover, you mean annual profit? Thank you very much!

No it means annual GST turnover. So whatever income/sales/etc are subject to GST. Profit is irrelevant for GST purposes.
