Do you know on which condition bank cuts 10% fuel surcharge? And in 1% fuel surcharge waiver it also waiv merchant side charges? Because sometimes on 400+ fuel payment on which bank waived off 1% surcharge but on same transaction bank charges some amount which they claims that this charges is from merchant side.
