In this talk, Dr Jasper Feyaerts discusses the results of a phenomenology study of delusional reality experiences and explores how the findings could help improve diagnosis, explanation and therapeutic approaches for delusions in mental health conditions. Delusions in schizophrenia are commonly approached as false beliefs, but could they be an alternative experience of reality?
