@@MoneymanTV how come on the websites it say you can complete a further advance in 10 days then

@@jamesgrant3812 A further advance is different to a second charge as it's additional borrowing from an existing lender and less documentation is required given that they already have a lot of information about you so that can be quicker.

@@MoneymanTV to get a further advance on a btl what paperwork would I need to show eg payslips or bank Statements?

@@jamesgrant3812 Hi James, they will almost certainly ask for payslips and it’s possible that they will want bank statements too.
