A stakeholder analysis is a process of identifying these people before the project begins; grouping them according to their levels of participation, interest, and influence in the project; and determining how best to involve and communicate each of these stakeholder groups throughout. In this video, we’ll cover the importance of stakeholder analysis and teach you how to conduct an efficient stakeholder analysis with a power/interest grid.

I really want to include this video in an online learning course I'm creating because the message and content is great - but the 'bloopers' in the first few seconds and last few seconds make it seems unprofessional and unusable for the course audience. It's a shame - anyway you can remove these?
