I have had a busy afternoon, jotting down ideas about what to do next. I already hold a suit of qualifications, but I was thinking about delving into PM more closely. I'm acquainted with the waterfall approach, whereas agile seems to be the disruptor in terms of PM. If you are familiar with the MBTI, you might find some similarities in between Agile and perception as opposed to judgement. I guess I will give a bash to the more traditional approach first, and then I will proceed to Agile, I saw that Prince 2 does now a bundle course Prince 2 practitioner and Prince 2 agile bundled up. Amazing video btw, thanks a lot x

Thank you very much i am about to start a new job as a software PM, i was once an PM but this is my first job that is software related. I am doing my best to understand the approach and process as i have zero idea on how actually the organization deal with important matters. I am confident that i will be efficient in one time as soon as I will be able to familiarize and understand their process.

This is very good video and puts things in a very practical standpoint... As indicated in the presentation and what I would like to emphasize... that from a puristic standpoint based on the pillars and principles of Agility... and subsequently the breakdown into a scrum approach... there basically is no Project Manager role... and in effect there is no real sense of a project per say... the approach is "Product" oriented .. that is why there is a "Product Owner" role.. and you will see references to things lie Product Increment etc. there is a lot of confusion around this.. and that is why a video like this is helpful.. but I urge folks to be aware that the project management role is not core to Agile and more over the scrum approach.. and no you can't just change your title to product owner or scrum master .. at least not without embracing the concepts of agility..
