So, I commented in one of your other videos that I sort of understood the science. I hadn't noticed this video when I made that comment. This video helps a lot. One suggestion I would have is if you have a few "Beginners basics" like this you could put the link to that playlist at the top of each of your videos under a "New to this channel? This will help." Just an organizational suggestion :) Thank you for doing this channel. My kids and I have watched all of the Bill Nye videos he made back in the 90s and we've been looking for more videos to keep going and these are great.

@@benzient333 well just of last night it put this Mark above my eye that now people can see but I have been seeing and nobody can see it now others somehow say that I did it though I've been going through hell for a long time with this I never knew these things could be so demonic to you it is truly a monstrous little bean at least so far to me should I get surgery and what do I do if the doctor still want to try to Baker Act me again as I ask them to do some kind of brain X-ray and they've refused

Ryan Anthony.P I don’t no how the doctors recognised it , just caused a lot of damage she had a cut on her eyeball where it entered while swimming, then needed an operation they replaced the retina from a donar but her body rejected it because of the damage still being caused then eventually she needed it removed . Now she had a glass one that she pops out to scare the kid’s n that 😂

This is an amazing video! And literally covered all the questions I had! The only thing I could say is that the volume of the music is a little too loud, and it can be a little out of place - like the horror movie sounds.

next time, tell your video editor to tone down the bgm. it gets hard to listen to your voice with loud background. for science content like this, we do not need dramatic bgm.

Awesome footage. How are you getting 400x and 1000x magnification if you are going through the camera ? With the eyepiece you could get 40x * 10x = 400x and 100x * 10x = 1000x . But if using a trinocular, then no eyepiece. Also : What kind of microscope is that ?

WOW. The last time I learned anything about amoebas was back in H.S. over 50 yrs ago. Back then, there were ZERO videos like this, were you could actually watch them in action. Because it can move itself around, I guess you'd have to call it the simplest possible animal. But only an animal in that it is autonomously mobile, and has purpose driven operations that keep it "alive" as long as possible. Where does it get its motivation? Don't take the easy way out and simply say "God". There certainly do seem to be something like instructions, though. All amoeba work the same basic way. They certainly seem to be an integral part of a life system.

Entertaining video. The music was getting too loud towards the end. It should always remain background and not reaching the same volume as your voice (well in this type of educational video anyways).
