BIOS is an interface to control the computer for the computer manufacturer, as opposed to an interface for applications or for computer users. So while an IT professional should be aware of what BIOS is, they should use it as Read Only and shouldn't modify the BIOS settings, unless specifically instructed by the computer manufacturer. Is that correct?

Do I need to update Bios? If yes, how can I update it? Thank you.

Download latest version of BIOS from manufacturer’s website. Unzip it and copy it to a USB drive then Restart your computer and enter the BIOS, once you are in BIOS, Use the menus to update the BIOS REMEMBER! ⚠️ If something goes wrong during the BIOS update, your computer could be rendered useless Do it at your own risk
