Sir, if shrinkage is also same as with traditional composites, then for a vital tooth, is there there also typical pain on biting, if we fill in one go (instead of increments) for class 1& 2.... due to cuspal pull and stress build-up?

The stres buildup is the same like conventional as per studies.

Yes. We use bulk fill very commonly. I use sdr plus everyday. Check the product video on KZfaq. You will like it

Filtek Bulk fill, 3M bulkfill. Kerr also has a bulk fill. Few Brands only have flowable bulk fill. 3M also has restorative. You can google it doctor. It will give you a lot of information
