This test provides information about the workability of the concrete and can help ensure that it is easy to place and finish. 🚀The air content test (ASTM C231 / C231M) is used to measure the amount of air trapped in fresh concrete. It involves filling a container with fresh concrete and then subjecting it to pressure to release any entrapped air. This test provides information about the durability of the concrete and can help ensure that it will withstand freeze-thaw cycles and other environmental factors. 🚀The temperature test (ASTM C1064 / C1064M) is used to measure the temperature of fresh concrete. It involves inserting a thermometer into the fresh concrete and recording the temperature. This test provides information about the rate of hydration of the concrete and can help ensure that it will cure properly. 🚀The unit weight test (ASTM C138 / C138M) is used to measure the density of fresh concrete. It involves filling a container with fresh concrete and then weighing it. This test provides information about the strength and durability of the concrete and can help ensure that it will meet the desired specifications.

Really appreciate your efforts, Will add 2 things 1) Thermometer shall be placed at least 75 mm from edge of container or wheel borrow,ideally in centre of container 2) As an engineer we can instruct technician to no handle concrete bare handed for due to safety purposes.

Bro mera ek question hai, es ka answer must dena... Hum comcrete ka cube test karte hai for 7 days 14 days and 28 days, par wo concrete tu hum with 30 to 60min use karte hai. To cube test ka kya faida...??

We have to check the strength of casted concrete by cubes or cylinders crushing. In case of cubes/cylinders failure we have to take cores from casted concrete at site and will crush that cores.
