"There will be a 100% escalation in property prices in places like Assagao in less than a year, but there are no plots left. The real estate boom will continue in Goa because there is nothing to sell," says a realtor.

This is the same in North East. People from Bihar, Jharkahnd, UP, WB have overcrowded the place and changing the demographic and culture of the place.

Yes in hp also these people just build slums everywhere, they themselves have littered their state and destroying our state also by breeding like a sheep and keeping 10 to 20 kids

It’s happening everywhere. Village dwellers over populating cities and spreading nuisance. There has to be a massive drive out of cities people must stay in their hometown so that city residents have enough jobs and earning.
