Thanks for the information, I have a question, we can use FMEA analysis in the service supply chain ? Or it's only for manufacturing? I hope your answer, thank you again

It's a tool - like any other tool, you can use it in many places. I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if other tools exist for analyzing failure points in a supply chain, but I would think you can adapt FMEA to give you valuable insights.

What then is the difference between FMEA and FMECA? I thought the S.O.D component where RPN is calculated only comes when we are analysing FMECA

As I understand it, FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) is a variant that also considers the criticality of causal effects and prioritizes among them. I am not very familiar with it, but understand it is most widely used in the US military and related sectors.
