Thank you, Mr. Jaroszewski. I'm about to start a Family Law class this summer and this video was helpful as a broad overview of what I'll be learning about.

@TheMrMarple It was alright. Since it was a summer class, it was more fast-paced than a fall/spring class, so it felt like an information dump more than a "let's sit down and really understand this information" class. I realized I'm not a fan of Family Law after taking the class, though - which may or may not be a good thing. But I got the credits and moving on!

If the comments are turned off... Don't trust the information, we can't talk about it and reform to fix the problems, this video I LIKE 👍🏽

So many different parts of law, family practice is so important and a tough discipline. Let's say large depositions of anger infused court documents, sometimes fueled by billable hours and perceived and misperceived levels of ROI... sometimes can be awful. These documents are also of public record... the liable and slander (in court) created is sometimes breath taking and sometimes true and not true... It's also true that other outside influence needs understanding and the care and integrity of paralegals, lawyers, judges, law enforcement... these things matter a great deal. And, it's a very loaded system. Many times there are no good answers but competitions of good and not so good. So many echoes... The corrective improvements of jurisprudence involves the case laws but also the procedures.

There is a better way. Parental custody of children is actually a very simple matter to solve given the true desire of “What is best for the child”. We need to separate and discard marriage from family law as they no longer seem to be connected. We can develop protocols that confer (over time) equal parental rights and responsibilities,…..once parentage is proven. Children’s natural maturation process has 3 essential stages of need. A.The unconditional love of the mother from birth until about 7 years of age. The mother to have “thefinalsay” and to receive child allowance. B.The conditional love of the father, who takes his children out into the world, gives security and teaches social boundaries from 7 until about 13 years of age. This will allow the father to do his "thing" at all stages. The father to have “thefinalsay” and to receive child allowance. C.The friendship and respect of peers from 13 until 18 years of age. The child to have “thefinalsay”. If these 3 stages are not gone through in order, maturation is unlikely to be satisfactorily achieved and mental resilience reduced. This has now become generational. Such a regime of equal parenting rights (over time) would bind parents into a co-operative relationship, because (over time) each will hold the power of “thefinalsay” sequentially when they are best favoured to use it. Such family protocols would be the default position, (allowing love, courtesy and humour to prevail) but could in exceptional cases be varied by the court. Buckminster Fuller said:- “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete”. To alleviate suffering is worthy. To prevent it is divine, but thankless.

Well I have an issue with the child support order thing, and use of the word court, and judge, and court order, especially pertaining to the issue of child support. 1. Child support "laws" are really well there's no such thing. Child support is whats called by members of the legal society "private law" which is really contract law, private law is something one contracts into, only applies to those who contracted into it. Unlike public law, which applies to everyone. The problem is no one seems to know when they entered into a contract with child support enforcement. So much for full disclosure. Then there's fraud on the"court", they operate under color of law, conspiracy to deprive of rights and deprevation of right under color of law, duress, coercion, misrepresentation. I'm pretty sure that voids any contract. 2. What judges? There are no such thing as judges as it pertains to child support. " All child support hearings must be presided over by an individual who is not a judge of the court." CSEP MANUAL ( CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM MANUAL) PG 22. IT ALSO TAKES CARE OF number 3. There's no court for child support, not under the judicial branch of government not presided over by a judge acting in a judicial capacity " The child support enforcement agency has decided to go with an expedited administrative process rather than a court of law." CSEP MANUAL PG 22. Child support is a private for profit corporation, I have their dunn's number. They are contracted with the executive branch of government to collect child support. 4. There's no possible way for there to be a " court order" for child support. For the reasons I just mentioned. And since when do "court orders" come without court letterhead. Why they say " administrative wage withholding" administrative or executive. The two are synonymous with each other. All and all child support is a complete fraud just like judge judy said. I'm not saying that we don't have a moral obligation to help with the raising of our son's and daughters,. What I am saying is I don't need any one impersonating government officials, and simulated legal processes or a private for profit corporation involved at all. Don't need them don't want them won't deal with them. Why would anyone consent to family court? It's not a court outlined in article 3 of the constitution,so there's a problem right there. Ya bar members are for sure a private for profit corporation owned by the queen of England, just like child support enforcement agency, and probation and parole, to name a few. The entire judicial branch the queen. I'll money on department of corrections

Family law is just the state transferring the man's wealth to the female. The house is transferred to her via a quick claim deed, the savings and investments are transferred to her via QDRO paperwork, and child support is set up via wage garnishment. Alimony is paid by decree and court order. The man gets nothing from family law and has no rights in court. Please tell the truth, it's all set up to transfer his wealth to her. His children are set up for visitation- he loses them in time too.
