Mam my name is venkatesh Past 5 years I am suffering from digestion issues Anal fissures and constipation After visiting to lot of doctors and taking medicines I am not get healed Last option for this is anal fissure surgery (anal spincterectonony) done but my problem is still not solved Always I used to have stomach pain and constipation What ever I eat my stomach will be bloting and pain After colonoscopy my doctor said that it is IBS it doesn't have any treatment you have to take steroids What I has to do I am not understanding Can u please help me 😢😢
