Thank you for these helpful videos, hubby although not completely diagnosed with Parkinson’s has all the simular walking issues, he was seen by a PT specializing in Parkinson’s. He was shown, taught how to do the long steps and other strengthening exercises , but his memory issues keep him from following through. I have to constantly need to remind him to take big steps, he has a walker but will not use it correctly, despite reminders. But I thank you for your excellent clear videos.
