According to H&M's Quality Manual, the abbreviation GPQ denotes the company's Guideline for Production and Quality Control. However, this term is also known as Garment Process Quality in common parlance. This GPQ system is something that all garment manufacturers who produce garments for the buyer of garments H&M must adhere to. The use of GPQ helps to ensure that the final quality of the product satisfies the requirements of the buyer.
