On 19/11/2010 the Venky's took over Blackburn Rovers Football Club under the guidance of Jerome Anderson's SEM / Kentaro agency.
The club has since gone from safety to shambles after the inexplicable sacking of manager Sam Allardyce and assistant Neil McDonald, then the removal of John Williams and Tom Finn - the duo that helped make Rovers one of the best run clubs in the league.
Coach Steve Kean, a client of Jerome Anderson's, was thrust into the caretaker role and then awarded the full time job until the end of the season after just 1 game in charge, a 1-1 draw with West Ham. Then he was awarded a long term contract one month later.
Transfer policy has been dreadful. Kean going out to the press talking about Beckham, Ronaldinho, Raul but come the deadline and we've signed Miles Anderson (yes - Jerome's son), Jordan Slew and Bruno Ribeiro. Details emerge of a transfer where an agent received a payment of £1.65m in deal for a player who cost just £400,000. Rovers also sold their most promising young player for over 20 years, even though Kean going on record saying that none of the emerging group of players will be sold.
Despite Kean's league form being nothing short of abysmal (P.30 W.6 D.9 L.15 Win% - 20%) the Venky's continue to back him and risk the club heading towards certain relegation as Rovers are currently sat bottom of the league, despite Kean's deluded quotes maintaining that the club are only "very slightly" off their targets for this season. And let's not even get started on Kean's "Rovers targeting Champions League qualification within four years" story.
The fans have had enough. Protests have been held at the last 3 home league games and have grown hugely in numbers, despite Kean dismissing them as just 1% of the fans. An online poll has 98% of over 500 voters wanting Steve Kean sacked.

The protests are about 30 games in charge -- the arsenal win is just one of SIX wins under Kean, who has delivered 27 points out of 90.
