Kya gratuity ka benifit retiarment se phale liya ja sakta hai ITR file karne me. If someone has lost his job during covid after serving 8 yrs. Company has paid gratuity for complete 8yrs.

In case of retirement the recovery amount is more than one's gratuity amount, there is no leave in the account so leave encashment will also not be recoverable, please state is there any other option for recovery

Sir I need some advise. Also if you could provide some literature where it is mentioned that GRATUITY is applicable on CONTRACT EMPLOYEE. Employee work for organisation for 10years continuously. Contract is renewed every year. Also Employee is directly hired by company/trust and not through contractor. Do such employees are eligible for gratuity?

Sir mere 15 saal retired hokar August 31 2022 ko hote hai aur gratuity amount Rs.3245/- pm hai kitna amount muje milega ya kuch nahi sirf Rs.3245/- pension mein aad hoga pl bataeye muje shukriya
