I've been struggling with this for years. But I wasn't aware it was a disorder... it's a living nightmare when u wake up to realize you just wasted another day, and u can't help it bc u feel like u have no control over when ur mind is gonna feel sleepy urging u to sleep. The irony is no one understands that each day is a battle for u to control ur sleep forcing urself to sleep at a proper time, since waking is something u have no control over

My brother has this. It’s a struggle to get up literally everyday. It has such an impact on his quality of life. I wish there was at least a decent treatment for it.

Truly hate this condition. Ever since its onset life has been a mess. Ponder often what is it God wants me to do with it, what am i suppose to learn or how to use it.

I just wanted you to know that you are so heard. IH sucks. I deal with the "what is the growth from this" alot.. how can I grow or help others or find purpose in this when I literally can't do anything. Hang in there❤

I have an honest question? Before this, did you feel you stretched yourself too thin maybe, like you were trying to be perfect (for your own sake). I believe coach knows exactly who to sideline.
