What is it like?! Riding a 125CC on the DUTCH HIGHWAY

2 жыл бұрынWhen you turn 18 years old, you're only allowed to drive 125ccm^3 in the Netherlands. Can it be driven on the Dutch highways? In this video you'll see me driving home back from university. You'll see how it's like driving a 125cc motorcycle during rush hour in the 'Randstad'.
The bike is a KTM Duke 125 from 2018. It has a full exhaust system from Leovince which gives a nice sound. Furthermore it's completely stock.

Cool to see you were able to hit 111 kph on the freeway/motorway on a 125cc motorcycle.

Top speed is pretty good for a 125cc and plenty for the Randstad with its 100kph speed limit but for longer highway journeys a 250cc or more would be my preference. Currently riding a 300cc scooter which is plenty for long highway journeys, love small displacement lightweight bikes even though i have a full motorcycle license.

nice vid, i ride in similar traffic in athens greece on a cub, and everyone used to tell me that it's not feasible, when in reality its the cars that are at a standstill and you on the 125 are the fastest vehicle 😂😂

Im pretty sure that majority dont keep 3 second space between vehicle ahead when they should.

Do you have nice country roads as well? For me it was not enjoyable. Too much red lights and traffic.

vanuit een motor perspectief is het echt grappig om te zien dat 9/10 een auto heeft en de motoren 1/10.. En dat die grootste groep vrijwel altijd bijna stil staat.. En motor gewoon door kan.

Begin is bij burgemeester oudmanlaan kralingen ik bezorg daar in de buurt bij oudedijk salerno 😂 ik heb altijd orders bij die universiteit dikke motor man

Is het mogelijk om hier lange afstanden mee te rijden op de snelweg zonder de motor te beschadigen ? Reistijd van een uur bijvoorbeeld

wel mooi om te zien sinds ik volgend jaar ga beginnen en soms wel wat snelweg uren moet reizen, en wat zouden er voor aanraders zijn voor 125?
