⭐ABOUT ME:
Hi, I am Elizabeth and I'm a qualified Health and Wellbeing specialist. Over the years I have attained my BSc Microbiology and molecular science and two masters degrees in health and Public Health/Nutrition, I am also three years into a Public Health PhD🎓My research focuses on improving health and wellbeing at population level through mechanisms such as sugar reduction and modifiable lifestyle risk factors (so improving health through nutrition, exercise, sleeping, stress, and the design of health promoting and health protecting lifestyles - basically the wider influences that can impact our health and how to create lifestyles the offer protective effects to ensure long term health). I have worked in this field for about 15 years now and I am more passionate about it every day!

I was thinking about getting a PhD but I stopped at my bachelors degree because how I have set my life up. All the hard work will definitely pay off. Hi Elizabeth this was sooooo timely for me as my lecturer just emailed me to say i should do mine 🙈🙈🙈🙈 you are phenomenal. I can imagine it being challenging. It must be a struggle to balance things sometimes. I like all the project management tools you use. Your PhD sounds very interesting and it is awesome you are passionate about it. I can imagine it difficult to have a good few hours free at a time with little ones. I lack in time management and being organised so i need to work on all of these things. I used to read articles whilst at the park or when the baby napped. I would go to a playcentre for hours and take my books and laptop but i worked best at the uni library when ryan wasnt working before the baby came along on a sunday when he was off. You are awesome. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing ❤😘

Thank you for nice information. I am doing PhD with my two kids without any family support( my husband is live overseas and can't join us because of Australia border closure due to Covid). It is one of challenging time but worth it for future. Time management and emotional strength are the basics to cope up with this.

Wishing you so much success, its really challenging but small steps and chipping away at it is all we can do.
