How do Pat and Dee deal with issues of amenities such as medical services and other important amenities especially for older folks? And why did they prefer Belize over English speaking islands in the Caribbean?

@@rexluger1940 I was specifically referring to Belize as the choice instead of OTHER English speaking countries such as Jamaica, Grenada, Barbados, Bahamas, Trinidad etc.

You don't even know how much they paid for their property. And just FYI for the amount that they paid and the investment they have put into it. They could turn around and sell and make money. My clients home is unique, it isn't like the hundred other cookie cutter homes in the area. Custom built and custom tailored. So please keep your ridiculous comment to yourself. I don't delete your comment so everyone else sees that you have no idea what you are talking about. These folks are happy as they could be living in the home. They were not doing me a favor to record this. They genuinely are. If you worked with a Belize agent that wasn't good enough, am sorry, but that is not me. I ensure my buyer covers all their bases when they buy and are fully aware of everything. And no, I don't care if you don't use me to buy.

I simply want to know the rental costs in the city vs the beaches. In addition, I can’t find any confirmed internet 🛜 speeds. I hear 20 up to 200. I’ve done lots of research and I’m looking at Belieze vs Columbia and outside thought of Malaysia.
