I joined back in March. I'm a RCA. The station I'm in is a good one for the most part. People are friendly, willing to answer questions. I'm halfway done with my probation. Unfortunately, I do have a somewhat crappy regular. He'll answer questions about the job, but does not make it easy on anyone else to do his route. Before I was assigned to his route, his case was a blank canvas with just the addresses. No stop numbers, nothing to indicate the breaks except for the case map's lines indicating the break in the box and street. So when I "fixed" his case, the other RCA's who were training me (regular went on vacation) were happy to see the changes I made, with the regular's permission. The man never did me the curtesy of telling me he is switching days off, and reports me for small mistakes. Like leaving UBBM on the truck or 3m in the case. I don't do those anymore. In any case I'm still having a bit of fun doing this since I only have to deal with the guy once in a while. Still hasn't clicked, getting smoother, still working on faster. However I'm starting to agree that the cons are outweighing the pros. If it weren't for the other RCA's encouraging and joking around with me. The office time would be soul crushing.

Some one has to do it.
