Also, there's an actual hint about a secret hidden beneath the ground floor of the Knights of Favounius HQ. If you read the story of the Favounius Codex, you might find out that there's a door that actually covers a huge secret in the Library, which been lying there for almost 500 years.

I feel like the twins are related to Khaenri'ah in some way mainly because of how the star symbol that is shown on all the other characters that come from Khaenri'ah (Albedo has one on his neck, Dainsleif and Keaya have it in their eyes and clothes) is also shown on their clothes.

they are, the traveler appeared 500 years ago and seeing the destruction wanted to leave, but the unknown god stopped them, took their sibling and put them into sleep. 500 years passed and the traveler is being taught by paimon to learn their abilities. then all the abyss are the khanri’ahin people to the abyss wants the fall of the archons because of them destroying khaenri’ah. rheindottr created durin but he died so she created albedo with a star on his neck meaning the star is related to khaenri’ah. have you seen the vision symbol for traveler? it’s the same symbol that kaeya, dainsleif, albedo and rheindottr have. so the traveler is most likely related with khaenri’ah

Mondstadt and Khaenri’ah are actually pretty well connected. Language wise, they both stem from Germanic and Latin words. Names like Albedo and the language of Khaenri’ah (or the runes we see around) translate to Latin, which align with stuff like Ludi Harpastum and names like Venti (from Ventus which means wind) and Diluc (comes from Diluculum which means Dawn) And the Germanic roots are obvious. Monstadt is based in Germany, which coincide with things like Dainsleif, Rhinedottir, Alberich. (And a lot of discourse surrounds “Kaeya”, but it’s literally the phonetic spelling of the Swedish word “Kaja”, which is a Germanic language, which only furthers the connection.) Plus, the names I just mentioned are all linked to a Germanic opera detailed Norse mythology, which ties it back to Germany and Monstadt even more And and and, the Abyss Order only appears as a threat in Monstadt. Sure, abyss Mages are scattered around Tevyat. But the only time they are a threat in the story is when the Traveller is in Monstadt. Think about it, which nation’s threat featured anything about the Abyss Order? Monstadt. Where are all the quests featuring Dainsleif located? Monstadt. What is the only place we’ve ever seen the Abyss twin in Tevyat? Monstadt. There’s a weird connection between Monstadt and Khaenri’ah and the missing Time goddess and Venti’s gnosis resembling a queen only further these suspicions

Kaenri'ah might also have a connection to Sumeru. Seeing as Sumeru is based off of middle east/Egypt and 'Khaen' is a word of Arabic origin, meaning 'betrayer'. (funnily enough, to further prove your point, if you separate 'khaen' and 'riah', 'riah' means 'winds' and/or 'souls'. What is the city of the wind archon? Monstadt.)

Just a few things you are missing. Khaenri'ah was the most powerful nation of Teyvat more prosperous than Liyue or Snezhnaya.The Archons hated the fact a godless nation was the most powerful in Teyvat so they went to war to destroy Khaenri'ah.Most of the Archons were wiped out during the war leaving only Morax and Barbatos as survivors. Our protagonist arrived at Teyvat during the war and saw the destruction so they decided to leave the world but the Unknown god (probably ordered by the primordial one) wanted to end the corruption of the power they Archons seeked and wanted to end their reign.Hence making it the destiny of Lumine and Aether to free Teyvat and end the rule of the Archons. P.S the second para is just a theory based on what we know in the lore so far but i think this makes the most logical sense

Here’s my theory on this yes the twins are tied to Khaenri’ah perhaps they were the guardians since it was a nation without a god or archon it was modern with the best weapons and machines not even the gods could ignore but this is where it get’s weird so Khaenri’ah was destroyed 500 years ago however the archon war was 2000 years ago leading to many god deaths and remember from the story there lies a queen of darkness and a prince I believe lumine is the dark queen henceforth she is the princess of the abyss while aether is a travler who could end up as a prince somehow so if lumine is the dark queen that means it’s possible she could be or in this case a alternate version of herself the unknown god asmoday while aether could be dain well again an alternate version this could be a time loop of the twins doing this lumine wanted to see the throne engulfed in flames or in this case the unknowngod’s throne while dain wants to stop her from doing so and it’s also possible that paimon could be a celestial from the heavens who was either cast out or fell from grace with no memory of her old life because asmoday did so so my theory is the twins are repeating their old life til one of them stops each other from doing so and also dain’s power could possibly be a new element 8 pieces of a chessboard 8 elements

@kellyli7925

GENSHIN THEORY: -I noticed something in Genshin Impact while I was playing and I wanted to share it with all of you. -As you know, all the abyss monsters such as abyss mages and hilichurls were once citizens of Khaenri'ah. -And we also know that the Abyss Order’s members are all citizens of Khaenri'ah as well. -All of the Khaenri'ah transformations into monsters seemed to be grouped based on class, rank or profession. For example all of the Black Serpent Knights transformed into the Shadowy Husks and only Shadowy Husks. -This means we can guess what some of the other Khaenri'ah monster’s original professions were before they transformed. -Firstly, let's talk about the Abyss Lectors. -The Abyss Lectors are a part of the Abyss Order and are enemies. All Khaenri'ah monsters are all assumed on profession so what would have been the original Abyss Lector’s roles as a part of Khaenri'ah? Well on the wiki page we can see this line of text: “ These creatures are evangelists that can chant malefic poetry of the Abyss to command their powers. “ Evangelists are “ a person who seeks to convert others to the Christian faith, especially by public preaching: “ (as by the dictionary). Genshin has heavy themes of Gnosticism so this must not be a coincidence. And the last line of text reads: “ Within the Abyss Order, Lectors refer to themselves as "exegetes."[1] “ Exegetes are “an expounder or textual interpreter, especially of scripture.” And down below when we see what the Abyss Lector’s names translated into other languages, we see this: Chanter, cantor, bard and scholar. These all refer to people who preach and teach in one way or another. Mostly, the cantor and scholar caught my attention. A cantor is someone, “an official who sings liturgical music and leads prayer in a synagogue.” And scholar is “a specialist in a particular branch of study, especially the humanities; a distinguished academic:” This means that Abyss Lectors used to be Khaenri'ahn people (most likely scholars or officials) who taught, most likely in a way of music, chanting or speaking to preach and educate others about certain things. And based on how gnosticism is presented here, we can only assume that they are preaching about religion, if not at least something related to the divine and gods. This is backed up by their design as during their attack they start chanting and they both hold some sort of object such as a book or an orb. And if they were an official who carried these duties out, by some extent, we can assume that they might possibly be priests. This can also be confirmed since religious roles do exist in Genshin as Barbara is a deaconess and Monstadt has a church dedicated to their god. -Next we have Abyss Heralds. Abyss Heralds are another form of enemy presented by the Abyss Order. On their wiki page we can see this: “ They can transform with an Abyssal Gospel.[1] “ A gospel is “the teaching or revelation of Christ:”. Once again, very heavy themes of gnosticism. When at the bottom of the wiki page, their names translation part, we can see this: Apostle, emissary and herald. A emissary is “a person sent on a special mission, usually as a diplomatic representative.”, an apostle is” each of the twelve chief disciples of Jesus Christ.” and lastly “an official messenger bringing news.”. And from wikipedia I gathered this: “An apostle (/əˈpɒsəl/), in its literal sense, is an emissary, from Ancient Greek ἀπόστολος (apóstolos), literally "one who is sent off", from the verb ἀποστέλλειν (apostéllein), "to send off". The purpose of such sending off is usually to convey a message, and thus "messenger" is a common alternative translation; other common translations include "ambassador" and "envoy".” This means that Abyss Heralds are and were most likely messengers of some sort and based on the heavy gnosticism theme around it such as including the words “gospel” and “apostle” we can assume they were messengers related to the theme of divinity and gods. -This is backed up by the Abyss Mages being a magician or sorcerer based on the word: mage “a magician or learned person.” and in their monster forms they also represented that with them using magic and spell casting as a form of attack and holding a staff with them. Also backed up by the Black Serpent Knights as they were Khaenri'ahn royal guards and in their monster form they are represented once again, as guards and protectors with their designs having them carry large swords and armour. -This means that Abyss Lectors were most likely Khaenri'ahn scholars or an official who seeks to spread the teachers of a god/their god by using poetry and music and that Abyss Heralds were most likely Khaenri'ahn messengers on a diplomatic mission, mostly likely having some connections to gods. Not to mention that both Abyss Lectors and Abyss Heralds drop a thing called “gloomy statuettes”. The description on the item reads: “An idol made in the likeness of some unknown person. Even though this carving has seen many years pass, it still has not been damaged in any way. It seems that its previous owner must have cherished it like some holy icon.” The “holy icon” they are talking about in the description most likely refers to a god or deity of some sort. And they must have treasured this in some way as the description reads: “ It seems that its previous owner must have cherished it” Not only that but this is also a drop material for Shadowy Husks/Black Serpent Knights. -This begs the question, why would Khaenri'ah have priests and messengers who seek to spread godly teaching and messages if they themselves are a godless nation? And more of all, did Khaenri'ah worship a secret god? EDIT: Things to consider: what if the Abyss Heralds, Abyss Lectors and Abyss Mages AREN'T from Khaenri'ah? ANSWER: 1. Abyss Lectors/Heralds all look incredibly similar to the Black Serpent Knights (who we know is from Khaenri'ah) 2. The Abyss Lectors/Heralds, Shadowy Husks and Black Serpent Knights all share the Gloomy Statuette drop. If the Abyss Lectors were from Sal Vindagnyr and carries the token of a deity, thats fine. But the Black Serpent Knights also do too? This wouldn't make sense. 3. The Genshin Wiki backs this up as on the topic of Khaenri'ah they said that the Abyss Order emerged from the downfall of Khaenri'ah and also this "The Abyss Order originates from the destruction of Khaenri'ah by the gods;[2] it seeks to destroy the countries under the protection of The Seven in revenge.[7] The people of Khaenri'ah turned into the monsters of the Abyss.[8] Thus, it is thought that Abyss Mages, Abyss Heralds, and Abyss Lectors were once people from Khaenri'ah, possibly its aristocracy and knights / defending people"

Dain said the Gods attacked and destroyed Khaenri'ah, but from what Ei told us about what happened with her sister, it didn't sound like an attack, because why would a God who lacks skills in combat be the one to attack another nation? If it was an attack, Ei would have gone and we'd be left with Makoto The monsters in Khaenri'ah came to Inazuma and other places, which some moght see as an attack, but as advanced as Khaenri'ah was, I doubt they could control monsters like that Those monsters weren't really attacking, I think they were fleeing from something The Greater Lord in Sumeru stayed to protect Irminsul for obvious reasons, but why do that if it was something as simple as a nation going to war against the rest of them? I furst thought that the Seven Archons were afraid of what humans could do if unchecked by a God, so they destroyed the place But thats not the case clearly Something happened in Khaenri'ah and my guess is that while the Archons tried to help, the people of Khaenri'ah were ap surprised by the chaos, that it seemed like the Archons were there to assist in their destruction .... I'm looking forward to the next bit of story

The Skyfrost Nail was sent from Celestia and I don't think there is a definitive answer as to why exactly it happened, but I think the most popular answer is that the nation of Sal Vindagnyr was getting too advanced for Celestia's liking. The problem is the nail killed the Irminsul tree in Dragonspine which led to it all freezing over and ruining the land. I said this as a reply to another comment, but I write it here so I can add to it: Kaenri'ah might also have a connection to Sumeru. Seeing as Sumeru is based off of middle east/Egypt and 'Khaen' is a word of Arabic origin, meaning 'betrayer'. 'riah' on the other hand, can be a nod to 'riyah', another word of Arabic origin meaning 'winds' and/or 'souls'. So Khaenri'ah can mean 'betrayer souls', if we go by Arabic origins. Khemia (or 'Kimia'/'Kimya') is also a word of Arabic origin that might even have roots in Greek, and it literally means 'alchemy'. If you pay attention in Sumeru, you'll see that in the crafts' shop, the man standing there is named 'Kimya'. It is said that someone who could perform 'kimya' could turn copper into gold (which is a myth because the metal created wasn't gold, it was actually brass, which is why I _laughed_ when you said 'all that glitters is not gold').

No the twins arrived during the battle of Khaenri'ah against the Archons.once they saw the destruction they decided to leave and we're stopped by the unknown god making it their destiny to persecute the Archons for what they did to the innocent people.

I don't think abyss is bad couse lumine said Don't try to stop me don't try to stop the abyss, so lumine knows about the truth of abyss that we don't know . And the theory that khaenri'ah's people are the abyss monsters i think it's true and make sense

Abyss is bad but with a somewhat justifiable reason.They seek revenge for what the Archons did 500 years ago.The Archons with other Celestial God's descended onto Khaenri'ah to end the nation but only 2 of them survived that battle being Morax and Barbatos and the ancient city along with every inhabitants were sentenced to a life to despair and hatred.This could easily be one of the few reasons why Zhongli in the current story dosent want to be an Archon anymore cause of the atrocities he committed he dosent even like to use his powers same goes for Raiden Ei,she never used her Gnosis after her sister's death in Khaenri'ah

I might be talking crap but I feel like Khaenri'ah got what was comin to them. Advancement and independence are all fine and well but the track record of humans when they get their sticky fingers on advanced tech has never been as bright as the gods either. Humans have always gotten to a point where they twisted the use of any advancement in many stories we have witnessed. No matter how much the initial intentions were pure there would come a point where one arrogant human pushes attractive ideas that would lead to twisting any technology. So who knows maybe creating life or whatever else Kaenri'ah may have popped up could have gotten to a point where they really have become arrogant humans... at any rate whatever happened to their people could also be their own undoing if it turned out that their forms are the result of their special alchemy. just juggling thoughts 🤷‍♀

@@jesushentaichrist5362 nah, I have a video on kaeya. He was sent to mondstadt to be an informant from his father. He's not officially a spy but rather a plant because he would or should have allegiance to his father and khaenriah, and because of his position in the knights of favonious it gives him a nice power and authority. But we don't know if he's in contact with his father but you can check out my video for more information

@@DeathClassic what is his father doing though, even his father is not 500 years old, khaenri'ah wasn't a thing even when kaeya's father was in his youth, in confused

@@jesushentaichrist5362 yeah it can be confusing but let me try to break it down. Khaenriah was destroyed 500 years ago, but because of kaeyas father and himself, we know there was survivors. The people who have primogem shaped eyes are all descendents from khaenriah. So essentially what happened was after khaenriah was destroyed, some people survived and likely moved away. Kaeyas father left him to be found in mondstadt. I explain most of this on my video on kaeya.

At first i was just skipping the whole story because it's boring since the mc doesn't talk and it's about the might of gods that got bored of thier roles in which makes it like any other story regarding about gods and humans and then this destroyed nation that has no association with any kind of gods which is basically just like a normal human society got obliterated because of thier advanced technological knowledge and there warmongering approach throughout the world and i wonder why there are steampunk robots in this fantasy world and some abandoned gigantic robots around the forest.
