Kidney stone disease is a chronic, recurrent metabolic disease. This disease is characterized by the presence of stones in the urinary system, i.e. kidney, urinary tract and urinary canal. There are various risk factors for urinary stone disease. They are found in cases of obesity, low fluid intake, low mobility, and various kidney anomalies. It is more common during certain hormonal diseases, for example, thyroid gland diseases, vitamin D deficiency, and people living in hot climates.
According to the reason for their formation and composition, stones are divided into several types:
Calcium up to 70 percent,
-Uric acid-up to 12 percent,
-Infected - up to 15 percent,
-Cystine-up to 2-3 percent.
