As a french who do not live in Lombardy but love french history I'm agree, I do know the Sforza and Visconti family because our french kings do made wars in the XVI th century to get Milan against Sforza familly and Habsbourg power. Then the french cavaliers were used to be called "la furia frenchese" by italians, which still made us very proud. You italians are the people which we admire the most has french, but absolutely not because of what you do, but because of what you are, your culture, your lands.... everything is so beautiful in your country.
