We couldn't believe our ears: Mario actually says A LOT of things in his sleep, if you let his idle animation go on!
We've counted more than 30 different types of pasta, including regional specialties - plus some other Italian words/expressions (such as "mamma mia!", Bologna, amore).

Apparently, i heard somewhere that Mario's parents are immigrants and he never actually lived in italy despite having italian blood. Guys I’m Italian and I can confirm the stuff in the last part of the video: those are all mispronunciations, looygi guessed them right and cappellini al Mario is a say to indicate a particular way to cook the cappellini pasta proper of Mario but it should have been “alla Mario”.

This was great. So nice to see a new Odyssey video. I never let him sleep that long. It's cool they put all of that in and that you could tell us what he was talking about. I have never heard of all of the different pasta. It actually made me hungry to see the pictures, and want to try some of the different noodles. I know you're Italian, but do you eat pasta often? My great grandparents on my mom's side came from Sicily. My grandma said she didn't like pasta anymore (in her old age), because she had to eat it so much as a kid 😄 I have my mom's spaghetti sauce recipe, but I don't know where she got it from. I saw three ads on this video. Does that mean that you are finally monetized? That would be so cool if you did. I know you have worked hard. Keep it up. I finally pulled myself away from BOTW and have been playing Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle for a few days. If you haven't played that, it is very strange, fun, and challenging. Since you're a video game expert, it would be cool to see your battle strategies (if that's your kind of game). It is a Mario game, AND it has Luigi (and rabbid Luigi) 🙂

Hi Ryan, thanks for watching! :D I finally got monetization back after almost three months of struggling against TeamKZfaq! We eat pasta every single day! XD Strategy is not my favourite genre but I'm interested in Mario+Rabbids, I'll buy it sooner or later ;) Btw, it's an Italian game, developed by Ubisoft Milan :)

I do like pasta, but every day would be a bit much for me 😄 The Mario Rabbids game is such a change of pace for me, but there's something I like about it (but it is so hard for me).
