آج زرا سورج کو طلوع کے وقت دیکھیں اور پھر غروب کے وقت دیکھیں اور سمت نوٹ کریں۔ اور پھر سردیوں میں بھی یہی نوٹ کریں۔ آپ کو معلوم پڑ جائے گا کہ سردیوں اور گرمیوں میں سورج اپنی سمت بدلتا رہتا ہے۔ زرا نوٹ کرنا شروع کریں کہ گرمیوں میں سورج کی مشرق میں سمت بدل جاتی ہے اور سردیوں میں بھی سورج کی سمت بدل جاتی ہے۔ بالکل اسى طرح جب گرمیوں میں سورج جس سمت میں غروب ہوتا ہے وہ سردیوں والی سمت سے مختلف ہوتی ہے۔ اور سورج سارا سال اپنی سمت بدلتا رہتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے موسم بدلتے رہتے ہیں۔ کوئی مجھے سمجھائے کہ اس میں کون سى راکٹ سائنس انوالو ہے؟ .

To my thought the 2 east & 2 1:55 1:55 west represents North & South. In the southern hemisphere the sun moves to North of the equator Winter & in summer the moves to the South of equator. That's my understanding.

In my opinion, it represents the fact that I have an east and a west. At the same time, someone on the opposite side of the world has an east and a west too, in opposing directions to me. Two easts, two wests. It also denotes the fact that we live on a globe. I thought there was a common agreement on this! I’ve heard other people come to the same conclusion.

Dear all, with al respect....a possible correct explanation is.....The Quran has been sent to mankind on earth! The earth experience two rises and two setting! WHICH ARE THEY? The first pair is the SUNRISE AND SUNSET....The second pair is THE MOONRISE and MOONSET.....THEREFORE THIS EARTH HAS TWO RISES AND TWO SETTINGS! That is the clear meaning of the verse ' Rabbo almachriqayni wa rabbo almaghribayni' THE LORD OF THE TWO RISING POSITIONS AND TWO SET POSITIONS! AND IF ALLAH WOULD SEND THIS Quran to an alien nation where there are 2 sun's and two moons then it will be " LORD OF THE FOUR RISING POSITIONS AND FOUR SET POSITIONS......I hope you enjoy this logic and clear reasoning....that is Quran and Allah knows best!

Poor and incorrect explanation. What Allah meant here is simply that sometimes the sun rises at East/South and another time the sun rises at East/North. Also sometimes the sun sets at West/South and another time the sets at West/Noth.

Salam alaikum, 'allamal insaana maalam ya elam' in quran chapter alaq.news this is a imagene pole.realy not east, west ,north and south.rabbul mashriqain va rabbul magribain, this 2 is total 4 .'alam naj alil ardha mihaadha valjibaala awthaadha' in quran chapter naba e.we all r creation of allah, this earth is a cradle of his creations.sun is rounding and earth.'val qamaru qaddharnaanu manaazila hathaa aadha kal urjoonal qadheem" in quran chapter yaaseen'.al samsu wal qamaru bi husbaan'.quran chapter rahman.he is creator universe, but muslims not call him father.totaly he is father of universe.muslims using 99 names allah's.

Ibrahim yusuf2636 has the correct explanation . People you don’t have true knowledge of the Quran and the Geography should not attempt such answers ! It is crime to interpret the Quran without proper studying and research !

THERE COULD BE ONE MORE EXPLANATION.....THE EARTH IS SMALLER THAN THE SUN. IF YOU SUSPEND A CRICKET BALL IN THE AIR AND FOCUS LIGHT ON IT FROM A BIG TORCH LIGHT, THE LIGHT WOULD COVER ALMOST THE ENTIRE BALL EXCEPT A LITTLE ON THE BACK. .. MOVE THE TORCH AGAIN TO THE BACK THE LIGHT WOULD COVER ALMOST THE ENTIRE BALL. SO IT IS GOING TO BE EITHER THE VAST EAST OR THE VAST WEST
