Hello doctor, based on the MRI reports of my knee, would surgery be necessary for the following findings: 1) Horizontal tear of body-posterior horn of medial meniscus. 2) Type 2 signal in anterior and anterior horn of lateral meniscus. 3) Complete tear of medial patellar retinaculum. 4) Mild lateral deviation of patella. 5) Mild marrow edema with impacted fracture in lateral femoral condyle and medial patellar facet. 6) Mild knee joint effusion.

@@joslydaniel6419 If you can perform day to day activities and move your knees without any problem, then avoid surgery. It's not always successful. Give your body some time to heal. Heating pad, light exercise, collagen, turmeric tea and above all, faith helps.
