so how does the value of moment of inertia affects its rotation? will larger moment of inertia resist rotation or it'll allow it easily?

It is inertia about perpendicular axis of the section and can be determined from Ixx and Iyy by perpendicular axis theorem. The resistance for the twist is more if Izz is more. Izz=Ixx+Iyy.
