In 1991 I took my 2 daughters to Hawaii, we did a cruse to 4 islands one night I had a vivid dream that I was looking over the rail and there were hundreds of Turtles swimming alongside the ship. The next morning I went into the gift shop and saw a wood turtle about the size of my hand, I got it has a souvenir. I just took the quiz and my sprit animal is The Turtle. I just don't know what to say or how I feel, amazed...Thank you

I did lots of meditation over the last 7ish years had what I would call a spirit animal come to me. This lasted for many years had a amazing bond and felt so good. Then covid hit and i had a very real lucid dream with my guide saying don’t get the shot. I did my best not to but my work said they don’t believe in “hooky pooky spirit guide”. Got suspended from work had to get the shot. About 2-3 days later had another lucid dream.. walking into the woods finding my guide laying in front of the log I would sit on covered in blood and dead. Since then I have been dealing with depression and getting panic attacks and having anxiety. Sure no one will believe that’s fine I’m the one in tears typing this.

I believe you❤️🩹! My spiritual awakening started 3 months ago. I have opened my pineal gland( 3rd eye) and life doesn’t look the same anymore! I actually caught Covid in 2021 I was scared bc I was bed ridden for 2-3 days couldn’t eat all! Couldn’t move properly, smell & taste. My spiritual journey has shown me that in my country certain medical shots & foods that I eat are constantly affecting the brain, physical, mental etc. Its been hard for me to dream lately. I’d like to meet my animal guide one day or maybe I’ve had & possibly had an experience like yours without me even knowing before I opened my real eye to the world. If that’s the case , very heartbreaking for me. So I 100% Believe you. Thank you for sharing!

I also am a raven according to your page. However I noticed different native cultures have different meanings for each animal. By blood my family has Choctaw and Chickasaw ancestry.

When I was a child I would wake with hallucinations of a spider coming down from the ceiling. One time I ran from my room and when I came to realization I was standing on my front porch. I turned around and went to open the door, but it was locked. I looked up and a spider was hanging from her web above my head. I find spiders so fascinating and inspiring in my adulthood and no matter where I live my home is always full of them.

I learned my spirit animal is the eagle from the 7 grandfather teachings. The other day, we went to a trading post and purchased some items. One of which was a small hanging with a hand painted bald eagle on its face. I got it for my car. As my nephew finished hanging it while I drove home I looked up and in a tree was a bald eagle watching over. We don't see them often in my area sadly. It was so cool and so special! 💕

Studying several secrets of ancient Mexico's animal beliefs and the modern ideas of Alebrije/ Mexico's Spirit Animal examples. I know clearly mine is hybrid but quite adventurous. In Mexico's culture Fox, Rabbit, Toucan, and Armadillo describe the optional appearance of my hybrid Alebrije/ Spirit Animal.

I did the quiz but I found a couple of the questions when read and choosing my answer there where some that actually where more than just on of them so I had to just pick one that I felt closest too.

OH MY GOSH! This quiz told me that I was the turtle. Soon after I finished this video, I noticed my turtle carving kit sitting on my bed. Also, a few years earlier, when I was in Hawaii, I saw a turtle in the water. I walked up to it, and crouched down. It came right up to me. This is so cool! Thank you so much!!

Beaver. In a previous quiz by you, the Wolf. I was in a Native American Circle for several years. I taught a Saturday morning class for new brothers. Our Circle focused on Lakota spirituality. The Lakota Way by George M Marshall III was an important resource for us. Looking more closely and deeper into the Seven Grandfathers was important work. They can be easily misunderstood. For example, Humility is about honest, self-assessment. Our weaknesses, our strengths. But some without guidance will think it's about self-debasement. Brother Joe lead us on mini quests. Through that I came to understand that all of the animals have something to teach us at different times in our lives. Even the Skunk. Wopíla

Look, I certainly understand protecting Indigenous peoples and cultures but I hope you are not attacking all who post just because you don't know our individual stories and we don't have papers in hand to show you personally. There is far more to my story than I have and can share here in this limited space. You certainly have not earned any trust in how you came after me.

Could your spirit animal change through out your life as you grow? I was approached by a fox in the middle of a snow storm in the month of my birthday when I was 19 years old and the quiz says I'm a turtle.

Yes animal spirits come in and out of your life, but the test here is limited, so take that into consideration... P.s you can have multiple spirit animals at one time too. Aloha

I got raven on the quiz. Thing is God shockingly showed me a black panther in the Canadian wilderness 2 years ago, which I have since learned was most likely my spirit animal. Some of the questions were odd, hard to decide, and it's possible that those answers were influenced by my sighting of the black panther and awareness of the characteristics. Or that I have 2 spirit animals. Thanks for the video and quiz, forward we go.

I had a psychedelic experience and my brother was sober next to me and he was a Gazelle talking to me giving me water in a cup. Very bizarre and I thought I'd look up why this specific animal I didn't even know about appeared to me I thought he was an antelope but when I looked up pictures he looked exactly as a Gazelle yellow with a black pattern and shorter curved horns hooves for hands that looked as if the cup was floating with a inch or two gap between his hoof and the cup crazy as hell. The only reason why I thought it might be native related is two years prior I woke up in the middle of the night at a friend's house at around 3am and as I walked from the hallway bathroom I sensed something to my right through a doorway into the kitchen and looked and immediately my eyes started watering all the hair on my body stood up and I saw... A very old native american man staring out the kitchen sink window in the middle of the kitchen about 10 feet away I saw his left side and I stood frozen because his head was as real as anyone but he looked older than anyone can look alive more wrinkles and his expression was the look of terror but there where no legs I could see seemingly from his neck fading down I could see through and he was wearing native clothes and dark braided hair with a long skinny black and red feather in his hair, this is a lot of writing but it happened in about 60sec but the worse part was he sensed me and turned to look at me very slow scary as anything I've ever seen in my life his whole upper half turned as one unit although no expression change but his eyes looked directly into mine and I calmly in complete shock disconnected eye contact because i felt terror and violent vibe and turned slowly walked back and laid back down and threw my cover over and listened but It was dead silent throughout the whole experience this was no dream I know because there was no towel in the bathroom and I had to pull one out of the cubburd and I threw it by the sink all messed up and the next morning I woke up and obvious didn't tell anyone they would have thought i was nuts but I walked into the bathroom and saw the towel there as I left it and all the hair stood up again and I looked to my left as i was still facing the bathroom and nothing was there but I realized I saw a real ghost and a few months later I was at the same house for my friends birthday party and found out their property was built on old native land and I took like ten deep breaths and never thought about it again until after my psychedelic trip where I saw my brother as a talking Gazelle handing me a cup of water. The only two crazy experiences of my life and I don't know what the hell to think about it that's why I am randomly seeking the meaning of this online but I haven't had any luck. Have you ever heard of anything like that I think I may have some spiritual connection somehow and It is unsettling that something like that may happen again unexpectedly.

I had this happen too, with a different animal and story. Totally sober, no history of psychosis, and had a wild out of body experience. Three times I had it happen in the last ten years. All with the same exact animal. I worked in behavioral health, and have had multiple psyche evaluations, came back with zero diagnosis. I find it interesting as to how it happened three times, same animal, all related to my personal story. I don't think it's just happenstance. Idk how it all happened.

Again, a super good video. Mine is confusing??? Turtle and tortoise? Similar but different, i have sea Turtles, tortoise and red ear sliders always come up to me and put there head on me. They also stare at me for a while and nice grunts?

I did the quiz and got a bear, but i fasted and did a spirit walk down here and on my spirit walk i saw a wolf and have been connected to it for so long and i feel safe when meditating or speaking to my spirit guide. so im feeling conflicted.

I have always been attracted to wolves. They are one of my favorite animals and I have a beautiful copper wolf wall hanging. So, I assumed that the wolf is my spirit animal. However, after taking the test (twice, to make sure), my spirit animal is the eagle. Each time, I answered the questions honestly, they were exactly the same answers. I do think eagles are truly beautiful and magnificent creatures. So, I guess I will have to change my mind-set.

I took the quiz on your website and I was a bit taken back by what I got as it was ture and honest about I got Humility the wolf which is really cool as wolves have always been something I was drawn too even very young and I would sometimes end up seeing several of them while sleeping I never understood it until now.

The quiz link doesn't work for me using Chrome. All I get is a blank screen where the quiz would be. It could be a buck however. For a few weeks, a very large (trophy size) buck was staying in our back yard and would look at us through the window, very beautiful! I also saw a red fox hanging out in our backyard last year. Oregon is rich in wildlife.

Hello, I am an art teacher and I found a beautiful lesson on a "Spirit Animal" self-portrait. As ive done research on this i've found some conflicting information saying "spirit animal" is offensive and non-native people who say they jave a spirit animal is appropriating the culture. I'd love your opinion so I can decide if I want to include this lesson in my curriculum, I would like to teachthe students the importance in the Native cultures and provide correct and inclusive information. ❤

I got eagle. Although I can really identify with the description, I don't really feel connected to eagles in any way at all. But then again, this is an online test, so no 100% validity. But that aside, it was really interesting to learn about the 7 Grandfather Teachings, so thank you for that!^^

Ouuu! My mom always told me that she resonated with the deer too. She said it was because they are beautiful, graceful, and FAST 😅😅Is that the reason for you? The deer isn't one of the results in this one but I wish it was!

Interesting question: I know that in many tribes the owl can be a bit of an "omen" (for lack of a better term). Is it possible for a person's spirit animal to be an owl? And what can this mean for a person who belongs to a tribe that are too fond of owls?

I think I have a couple spirit animals. I had an eagle come to me in a dream with wolves howling in the darkness during an uncertain time. The quiz said my spirit animal is a wolf 🐺 but I also think the eagle is mine

I've always felt connected to wolves my whole life, I've always loved them I have a tattoo of one on my back and I got to spend time with one once and it was amazing. But in the quiz I took on your website is says mine is a Buffalo for respect. What could this mean? Why have i always felt connected to wolves but in getting Buffalo.

@@MalloryRoseCo Sage is wonderful , the fragrance when burnt is so sweet . I feel that burning Sage certainly helps me on my Spiritual Journey by blocking negativity & helping connect to higher self so therefore allowing communication with Spirit Guides plus raising the frequency of vibration .

I took a test on something else it said panther and this one says Buffalo lol. My Grandma always said I was Blackfoot Indian but never got a chance to tell me the tribe before she passed. Got us thinking we African Americans but she always said we wasn’t no Africans. I plan on getting my status changed and claim what’s mine.

How do you connect with your spirit animal?

A great way to connect with your spirit animal is to put down sema (tobacco) outside and say a prayer first with great fullness to creator for all their blessings and then secondly telling creator that you want to connect with your spirit animal and to give you the opportunity to allow this to happen. You can also tell your spirit animal that you’d like to get to know them better.
