#8 is hard to face. Thank you for loving us enough to tell us the truth, even when it’s painful, and for cushioning it with grace, compassion, and kindness. The truth is easier to bear when it’s wrapped in love from a brother who’s had the same struggles.

Thank you for doing what you do. God has and is using you in such a great way. I struggle with religious ocd, and you’ve helped me greatly. Read the first chapter of your book and it’s so good. Definitely gonna journal the questions and things that stick out to me.

How do I stop ruminating like it feels impossible

Isn’t over talking a sign of autism too? How can you tell the difference if it’s ocd or autism? I may have ocd apparently, but still curious.
