One point of time in past I blamed and Hated everything about my self because what some people did to me which was not in my control but once I accepted that it was not my fault and Moved on nothing trigger me now. A person should not go to past but there are people who will try to remind you past although you already forgot everything in the name of correcting you and create another painful past out of it. As per my experience :- if u are got struck in a depression loop regarding past/any trauma I'll suggest to see a Psychologist b/c in that case u hav to chang ur thinking patters then only u will come comlpetely from it & it won't hurt u again u see it as a lesson
