Sometimes when pitra has gone to pret yoni or daitya yoni in such cases their Shuddhi is very important through vedic rituals . Only Om namah shivaya will give temporary relief .

Saraswati Gao pitr dosh means you have divine power to heal ur ancestors . You need to evoke them. Mantra chanting will help them

I alrdy chant Hanuman Chalisa , Durga Chalisa , Garud Gayatri, Garud Dandakam, Maha Mrtyunjaya Mntra. Should i incorporate Om Namah Shivaya also. Prson who is treatng our sorcry bt nt succsflly, says due to past births karma, that of ancestors of both sides Father, Mothr line, we hv these sffrngs. Pl advice
